Can we enquire before every destination is fixed?
Yes. Send proposed dates and what you know about the journeys. We will collect remaining details from you or your guest as needed. An hourly enquiry can start without a final drop-off.
Will we need to coordinate between GLIMO, the chauffeur and our guest?
GLIMO and the chauffeur take the lead on journey details and ask either party for information when needed. Both you and your guest receive relevant arrangements and can contact GLIMO or the chauffeur directly with questions or changes.
Can we request more than one vehicle or several days?
Include the dates, time slots and number of vehicles needed. We will discuss the arrangement and confirm vehicle availability for the visit before booking.
How many passengers and bags can travel together?
Fit depends on passengers and luggage together. Include the passenger count and the number and size of bags. Select your preferred model or “Please recommend” so we can discuss a suitable option.
Can you issue an invoice and accept card payment?
Include your company’s invoicing and payment requirements when you enquire. Payment options and the available billing arrangements are confirmed with your quote.
